I'm a 30-something mum to one, who feels like she has been through the wringer multiple times over the past few years! My passion and enthusiasm far exceed my energy and health levels, and my dreams are often far too big to comprehend. But I'm starting to slowly understand the need to take time out and look after myself too, which is why I love Story of Mum so much :) 2016 is, for me, a year to focus on "Healing" and so far this has involved walking away from an established blog to start a new one, cutting down on my social media use dramatically, and trying to prioritise those things that make me feel good about myself.
