On Midsummer's Eve, just after the summer solstice, we'll celebrate one of the year's longest days together: a chance to reflect on the year so far, reconnect to nature, and draw in some extra energy and inspiration to keep moving forward through 2019.
You can expect encouragement and connection, gentle yoga stretches, delicious healthy food, and some simple creative activities to inspire you to approach the rest of the year with renewed confidence and refreshed motivation.
We'll recharge together, and weather permitting, bask in some sun and sea. Because due to my love of the sea (and its sea soul blessings,) we're hoping that there may even be a chance to dip your toe (or whole self) into the sea if you fancy that - although this is entirely optional of course! If the weather isn't co-operating, we'll bring the magic of nature inside, making sure to stay warm and dry.
This one-off Midsummer Retreat runs from 10am to 4pm and offers you a gift of precious time, rest and renewal in a circle of supportive and inspiring women.
It's space to pause, to reflect on the year so far, and release anything you'd like to let go of now in order to move forward more clearly.

The retreat will take place at Mudita House, 43 Morrab Road, TR18 4EX (and possibly on the beach) from 10am to 4pm on Sunday 23 June 2019.
We will start with gentle and empowering yoga, and some simple individual activities to reflect on the year so far.
Accompanied by tea, conversation and delicious treats, we’ll create a simple visioning candle each to take away (no creative skills or experience required!). All materials will be provided.
With a clearer sense of our intentions, we'll head to the beach for a delicious simple vegetarian lunch - there will be a chance to make a nature mandala, and to release anything we want to let go of into the sea (paddle or sea swim entirely optional!).
As we return, we’ll start to get clearer about how we want to continue into the year ahead.
Come join us to celebrate midsummer together. You'll leave feeling supported and recharged, with a deliciously stretched body and mind, a happy tummy, and a clearer sense of your next steps forward through 2019.
You'll also have decorated a simple candle to take away that will help you to create mindful moments, and remind you to connect to the light, focusing on what really matters.
