Have you had your 'five a day' today?
Taking time for you is vital. Making time to work out what makes you feel good and alive and happy, and then making time to do that, is vital. Because that time supports you to be the best mama you can be. And helps you to live the full and juicy life you deserve. In just five minutes a day, our Five A Day ecourse will remind you of that, and we'll help you write your own healthy mama growing instructions...
Watch the video below to find out more. You can now access Five A Day any time, as a self-led e-course. To help you as you go along, you can come chat to us about it in Mamas' Everyday Retreat, our free Facebook group! To sign up for your Five A Day, click on the 'add to cart' button.
Do you wonder where all the time goes - and why there is never any left for you?
You spend much of your time feeling frazzled, lost or overwhelmed, and sometimes you feel like you've lost touch with who you are, what you really need, and how on earth to get it.
You can feel guilty just thinking about taking time for you. You're supposed to be the one looking after everyone, how can you stop?
And yet the most mportant thing you can do as a mother - is take care of your child's mother.
Commit to giving yourself five minutes every day for five days.
And each day, we'll send you an email and a film packed full with nutritious mama inspiration: a juicy boost to start your day.
Because every mama needs to take at least five delicious minutes for herself every day.
We need that time to ourselves in order to feel calm, confident and connected.
It costs just £15.
(Which is the same as buying yourself a coffee a day, but better for you!).
Help us to help others
We will be donating 50% of our income from all Five A Day spots.
This income will be shared between UK Action for Refugees who provide vital support for refugees around the world, and the International Rescue Committee's current emergency appeal to support refugees in the United States. The other 50% will support our social enterprise activities at Story of Mum.
We support and strengthen ourselves as we support and strengthen others.
What mamas say...
"FIve a Day puts a pause into your day , giving yourself permission to prioritise yourself and your happiness!"
"It was totally achievable, easy to access and complete. Just watching a quick and friendly video can really make you think about how you're spending your time and what really matters."
“Five A Day gave me something to look forward to each day, and something to think about that wasn't for someone else.
It made me stop and think about me and truly what I need to feel happy (apart from sleep which I can't magic into happening at the moment!).
I wish it could have gone on for a month :)"
