Leafy Love-Notes
Catch a positive thought and leave it for someone else to find.
Often, we dwell on the negative thoughts we have, while letting our more positive thoughts fall away like autumn leaves. So instead, let's decorate a fallen leaf with words we need to hear, and leave it for someone else to find...
If you can only hear an unhelpful voice in your head, then just write the complete opposite of what that voice says on your leaf.
There are all sorts of ways to decorate your leaf. Gold and silver pens work well, as do sequins and glitter...
Even better, you could use entirely biodegradable decorations - especially good if you are going to take the next step and drop your leaf somewhere that someone else will find it!
And of course, don't forget to share a photo with us here first.

Celebrate you (the other side says ...Remember to...). And the second leaf is decorated by my three year old who wanted to join in the fun!

You are ageing beautifully (left this one on a bench where I often see the older generation stopping for a rest)

Something that I needed to see written down and a leaf I therefore found hard to leave behind. It was left in a baby changing unit in the public loos. I hope it was picked up by someone and not thrown by the cleaner!

We learn the most from our mistakes. It's human - forgive yourself.

Love your friends. You're lucky to have them and they're lucky to have you.
