Take a deep breath
Drop your shoulders
Stretch and plump the pillows and toss them to the end of bed
Fold over and exhale smooth out of the surface infront of you
Gently pace to the other side and repeat
Put everything back into place
Relax, that's done - get on with the rest of the day
