Our activity this month has been inspired by a brilliant art project called "Keep Human: Words for a value-led life".
To join in, buy yourself a frame from a charity shop, choose words you think the world needs to hear right now (it could be a quote you love, a word that comes to you, or something else) and place your words within the frame, any way you like.
You can type them, paint them, print them, write them, collage them, use random objects, whatever most inspires you.
Share what you make in our gallery (click on 'join in' above).
Faye and Claire's Keep Human exhibition in St Ives on 7 and 8 November raised over £2500 to support both refugees and the vulnerable and homeless in Cornwall.
We want to help boost that total - simply share your image here, and donate. Then spread the word to others by sharing this page with friends, family and via social media (click the 'Share' links on the left!)
Inspired by the words you see here? Please join us in donating £5 to Save The Children's Child Refugee Crisis appeal, by texting GIVE to 61144; or donate £5 to Doctors Without Borders by texting DOCTOR to 70800. Read more here and here.
Remind yourself of the qualities that matter most to you, and help raise money to help families suffering around the world... Your words matter, and you CAN make a difference.
This is also a lovely activity to do with your kids if you fancy giving that a go. Here's what my 4 year old daughter made when I asked her what words would capture what we needed more of in the world...
