Join our next Sunday Morning Mamas' Retreat on 14 January for the best possible start to 2018!
Some precious mama me-time time to nurture yourself, explore how you most want to feel in 2018, and work out some first steps to take towards that. Gift Vouchers are available... (you'll have to get one fast to secure a January spot!)
A Mamas' Retreat is just four hours, but it can feel like a lifetime - and a lifeline.
We'll do some gentle yoga, chat to each other, and make collages to capture the feeling we most want to feel in the year ahead.
We'll eat heart-warming soup and share tasty treats. Most of all, we'll be inspired by a group of supportive exhausted but amazing mamas. And you'll return to those you love happier, calmer, and ready to make everyone's lives brighter.
This is time created for you - and you can choose what you'd like to do. As much or as little as you like. So if you don't want to try a yoga stretch, or get creative, or talk, you don't have to. If you truly want to spend the whole morning dozing on the sofa, you're more than welcome to do exactly that.
This is about making time for you to do whatever feels good in the moment. Because you deserve and need it.
If you're still feeling nervous, just drop Pippa an email and we'll make sure you always have a friendly face on hand if you need it.
And don't worry - these mornings always attract a group of warm brave thoughtful kind women, who always have something special to offer each other (even when you feel you couldn't possibly offer anyone anything, because you're completely knackered and you can barely speak, let alone string together a whole sentence...)
There is always laughter, and honesty, and a sense that we are here to support each other - with whatever we want to share, or not share.
It's soul nurturing for mamas...
It's time for us. It's time out. To breathe. To stretch. To make. To be heard.
But don't just take our word for it, here's some feedback from our recent Sunday Morning Mamas' Retreat attendees:
"I loved how genuinely happy everyone was to be there, the quiet, yoga without a baby crawling on or underneath me, the food, being listened to and heard for 5 minutes was amazing!"
"It is rare, very rare, as a mum to find time for oneself, to give yourself the time and space, and permission, to open up, be honest and allow some magic to happen."
"A chance to relax, reflect and breathe away from the stress of juggling a busy job with a long commute and my family (and the guilt that as a consequence I'm a bit rubbish at both!)"
"The Mamas Retreat was an escape from motherhood for a couple of hours - To acknowledge that when times are tough as a mum, you are not alone."
"It's so easy to say we don't have time to do relaxing things but it's more about prioritising some time for yourself without feeling guilty, and you will most definitely feel the benefits from a morning at the retreat."
